My name is Rowan Allen Case, and I’m a UX Writer and Content Designer with almost a decade of experience serving as the voice of the customer in various customer success roles and about a year and a half of hands-on UX Design and UX Writing experience. Through my work as a CSM in previous roles, I’ve honed my sense of user empathy and developed a strong set of communication skills that allow me to explain complex concepts to any audience. My talent for simplifying tricky concepts helps me create compelling, intuitive, and accessible user experiences and compelling, concise, and accurate technical documentation and support materials.

My experience thus far includes coursework and self-assigned projects, but I also have hands-on experience designing new workflows for a recent employer, Imperative, which I can share a few details about without giving too much away. I recently worked for the Global Justice Ecology Project (via Tech Fleet) to help them revamp their website, and I have included examples of that work in a case study you’ll find here as well.
